Hi there! My name is Kat or Scout, either is fine, but, I prefer Scout! (I know, my branding makes that confusing. I am an Enigma). I am a non-binary human and use They/Them pronouns.

I moved around a lot as a kid. I was born in New Jersey but, I mostly grew up in both Columbus, OH and Las Vegas, NV. I have been doing art all my life and first thought about being a Tattoo Artist when I was in 5th grade!

I have been in the tattoo industry since 2018 and have been full time tattooing out of my apprenticeship since 2020. I did my apprenticeship in a tiny town called Washington Court House at a shop called True Blue Tattoo. I then worked for 4 years at a shop called EveryBody Tattoo in Mason, OH until i joined Nocturnal tattoos!

I specialize mostly in Neo-traditional, Traditional, Black and Grey Dotwork, Fineline, illustrative, and I enjoy doing heavy blackwork. I love tattooing pretty lady faces, flowers, animals and pop culture things like cartoons.

When I am not at work I enjoy things like video games, hiking, traveling, making wood burnings, Dungeons and Dragons, and hanging out with my dogs Fen (short for Fen’Harel which is Elven for The Dread Wolf) and Ruby (AKA Robert, Bobert, Bobby, Ruben and Wiggle Worm). 

My favorite cartoon is Steven Universe, my favorite musical is Hadestown, and my favorite video game series is Dragon Age.

My main goal is to continue growing as an artist and help humans feel more happy and comfortable in their meat suits!
